I bought my bluetooth in December, I have been through 5 clips since then. PROBLEM it does not stay in your ear without the clip thing, and that thing breaks. If samsung made a metal clip, I could give this set 5 stars. The technology is good. Clear sound, stays charged forever, handy charging station.

It's a gift for my sister, since she has a red color samsung cellphone, it's match perfectly.

Oh, well. Too bad they don't have a beacon on them or something. the price was good and I love the color of this one. I really like this ear piece. This is my second one, though, as I lost the first one somewhere.

But best of all is how I can use my cell phone and 'Look Ma, No Hands'. It stand out so I don't misplace it as easy. Loved this BlueTooth Samsung WEP200. Love the Red color.

For what I paid for shipping the product back the first time, it's not even worth my money to try to exchange it or get a refund now. Then after receiving the second WEP200, I had the same problem. Although I usually am very satisified with Samsung products, I was disappointed that the WEP200 woulnd't even pair with my Samsung phone. Before I ordered the Samsung WEP200, I read the product specifications to ensure it would work with my Samsung A437 phone. Maybe it's just my back luck, but I wouldn't recommend anyone with an A437 phone purchasing this product. My phone has successfully paired with other Bluetooth headsets, so I was pretty sure the problems wasn't the phone. When I received the headset, it wouldn't pair with my phone even after troubleshooting. So, I returned it for an exchange with no problems.
